Pros The UI provide the ease to track time and break and easy to switch between multiple tasks, Support team is very quick in responding, Easy to look at my performance and statistical data, Easy to track time for a project if more then one employee is working on the project Cons Sometimes update break the software in some expect must need to update the latest version, Few RPA software sometime it track false positive, No option for testing the automation system tracking, No option to track the AI uses of a employee.
