The platform is easy to use, has a clean design, and makes managing my workday much more organized. It has helped improve my productivity by allowing me to track my time accurately, stay focused on tasks, and manage my schedule more efficiently. I also really appreciate the security features and transparency it provides for both employees and managers. It makes communication and collaboration smoother, especially when it comes to tracking work hours, time-off requests, sick days, and overall team coordination. Overall, it has been a very reliable tool for remote work and daily productivity management. Pros I like the desing and how easy it is to use. It makes it simple to send time off requests directly to my manager and keep track of my leave requests, sick days and attendance. Like I mentioned, easy to use, fast, cheap, I would highly recommend this tool to anyone! Pros Everything! Very easy to use, it is very secure and easy! I would say it is also cheap enough for everything it does! It tracks the employee productivity in a very manageable way! Cons Maybe that if I go over a minute from what my tracked time is supposed to be I have to ask for help and someone from the team has to manage it or adjust it for me, I wish we had that feature as employees and not expect someone from management to collaborate. Pros The UI and platform are simple, readable and easy to use for any user at any level, and no need for complex app training. Cons Sometimes you need to refresh various time in order for the clock not to get jammed or stuck to avoid mispunches and miscalculations. That is very annoying! The platform is easy to navigate, intuitive and reliable for tracking my work hours. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to submit my timesheets directly through the portal for review, which simplifies the process and saves time. Pros I liked the user-friendly interface and how easy and intuitive it is to navigate and use the platform. Submitting my hours at the end of each 15-day pay period is very simple I can send them for review directly through the portal without any additional steps. With other time-tracking systems I have used, I had to take screenshots and email them to my manager, which was much more time-consuming. WebWork makes the entire process faster and more efficient. Cons There isn't anything I particularly dislike about WebWork Time Tracker. The platform does what it promises: it tracks my hours accurately and allows me to submit them easily.
